It is legal to use in CA. but if a cop pulls you over and decides you are under the influence (no proof) they arrest you, force a blood test, throw you in jail, make you pay bail and hire lawyer. Blood test comes back with traces (for medical purposes). DA don't care, they just want a guilty plea so they can fine the shit out of you. I hate fucking cops.
