Anon, with the current condition our judicial system is in "by the book", ain't gonna matter. These courts, rule masters, do what they want, when they want. They are as much of the problem as the perps. It's way past time to quit fucking around with these people. There is no downside for the DS to continue on. The longer there are no consequences the more of the same we get. They believe they can get away with anything and frankly, they have. They are above the law and they know it.
