Fauci didn't approve HCQ 15yrs ago to cure coronaviruses

It was a NIH study (Fauci was not a co-author)using a cell culture model. The results indicated that it could be useful as treatment and prophylactic. But, clinical studies still required.

Fauci still a criminal and knew about HCQ but headline is incorrect.
