Tell them your not in a high risk group, the mortality rate for covid is extremely low (get the numbers before you talk to them), and there are possible side effects linked with the virus (find those too) that the media are not discussing and you don;t believe it is necessary for you to take it. If they are a problem and you want to stall you can say there are better vaccines that will not be experimental (like the one(s) they want you to take and perhaps you'll consider that one when it is approved. I have lots of frens who took it because they are older and didn't want to listen either. All I could do was repeat that I wasn't taking it and try to help them if they get sick later.
