We live in a time where you will see an obese person in line for McDonald’s inside their vehicle with a mask on because they are worried about their health.

You cannot put vitamin/mineral stripped processed foods in your body and expect to stay healthy.

You have to look at the hormonal effect of the foods you consume. Foods that spike insulin and blood sugar frequently lead to obesity.

 

Two ways to lose weight.

 

1.Consume foods that have a lower glycemic load.

 

2.Intermittent fast. Allow your body to burn off the fat storages.

 

It’s as simple as just not eating for 16 hours and I know it sounds impossible but the fake propaganda of “eat every 2 hours to boost your metabolism” is absolute horse shit and that is why we’re at 44% obesity and rising.

 

Nutrition science is all horse shit and you should take control.

 

Also type 2 diabetes is completely reversible.
