I keep my eyes open for information on both of these things (super secret 'hologram repair sarcophagus' tech + more mundane organ trafficking).

Until now, I haven't seen much concrete data to support the claims of the hologram/sarcophagus tech that David Wilcock, C Goode, Basiago and such people talk about. Doesn't mean it isn't out there somewhere though. I just don't have enough information to say one way or another.

As for run of the mill organ trafficking, there is loads of data to support that idea (affidavits, intercepted shipments, police reports, court filings…).

It's possible that both are occurring simultaneously. Maybe the top 500 to 1000 elites get the Hologram Sarcophagus thingy like in that movie and their 100,000 to 1,000,000 lower minions get special access to trafficked organs.

Turned out, old Pol Pot needed propaganda portraits of himself thrown up all over the country, and this prisoner was one of the only guys who could paint them. That's why his life was spared.
