Southern California chemtrail anon here

Last night the weatherman said it look like it was going to rain In a few days.

I looked at my weather app and saw nothing but sunny skies. Today woke up and saw lots of chemtrails

CTs always bring clouds which always bring rain

How did the weatherman know?

And why do they want it to rain in Southern California? Some people have suggested because it causes flooding in the fire areas

It has been raining and unusual amount in Southern California this year. Never has it caused flooding and the kind of natural disaster that would result in California getting federal funding.

So with that plan is not working why do they keep attempting it?

I believe something else must be in play here
