His parents are his guardians, so at @30 legally I'd say he's be declared as much. BUT, his insistence in stating his identity as Q he's delusional. Stating his future self (Q+) telling him to buy into Bitcoin isn't quite right. In the psychiatric industry, you're either manic or schizo, not both.
