Covid Deep Background: Victor Rothschild Was a "Soviet" Agent

(Victor Rothschild, 1910-1980, the famous "Fifth Man" of the Cambridge Five Spy Ring, gave all the West's secrets to the USSR.)

The Rothschild-controlled world central banking cartel is behind the covid hoax, Communism, war and world government tyranny.

As the New World Order ("globalism") reveals its ugly face (the lockdowns, censorship, gender dysphoria, migration,) most politicians, corporations and media are controlled by the people who finagled our national credit cards and create money out of nothing. We are Stockholm syndrome prisoners of psychopaths.

"Treason is the template for contemporary politics. The central banking cartel is erecting its "world governance" dictatorship and anyone who wants to succeed must be loyal to the sick new paradigm and a traitor to the genuine old."

In 1942, Sir Mark Oliphant, a leading British physicist was shocked when a messenger delivered a part from his new radar technology with a warning from MI-5 Security Inspector Victor Rothschild to "tighten up your security."

A few days earlier Rothschild had visited Oliphant's Birmingham University lab, quizzed him on his research, and pocketed the three-inch diameter magnetron.

But talk about chutzpah!

Baron Rothschild was himself a Soviet agent! Before returning the magnetron, he had transmitted detailed drawings to Moscow, a fact later confirmed by his KGB handlers.

fifth-man.jpg

Oliphant related this story in 1994 to Roland Perry, the Australian author of The Fifth Man (1994, Sedgwick and Jackson, 475 pp).

Between 1935 and 1963, the Soviet Union knew all of Britain's military and scientific secrets thanks to "The Cambridge Five" a spy ring that operated in M1-5, MI-6 and the Foreign Office. Western intelligence agencies were rendered ineffective and Allied secrets, including the design of the atomic bomb, were stolen.

The traitors were Kim Philby, Donald Maclean, Guy Burgess and Anthony Blunt. But there is a natural reluctance to admit that "the Fifth Man" was Nathaniel Meyer Victor Rothschild (1910-1990), the Third Baron Rothschild, the British head of the world's richest banking dynasty, which controls the Bank of England.

In 1993, after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, six retired KGB Colonels in Moscow confirmed Rothschild's identity to Roland Perry. Col. Yuri Modin, the spy ring's handler, went on the record.

Perry writes: "According to …Modin, Rothschild was the key to most of the Cambridge ring's penetration of British intelligence. 'He had the contacts,' Modin noted. 'He was able to introduce Burgess, Blunt and others to important figures in Intelligence such as Stewart Menzies, Dick White and Robert Vansittart in the Foreign Office…who controlled Mi-6." Canadian Tried in China on Spy Charges, No Verdict Announced

DANDONG, China—The Chinese regime on Friday put on trial one of two Canadians held for more than two years in apparent retaliation for Canada’s arrest of a senior Chinese telecom executive.

Canada said its consular officials were refused permission to attend the proceedings against Michael Spavor, who is accused by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) of stealing state secrets.

Jim Nickel, the Canadian Embassy’s deputy chief of mission, said the hearing ended at noon Friday after two hours. No verdict has been announced.

Nickel declined to give other details, citing rules on protecting Spavor’s privacy.

In a statement posted on its website, the Intermediate People’s Court of Dandong in the northeastern province of Liaoning Province said it had held a closed-door hearing against Spavor on charges of spying and illegally sending state secrets abroad. It said Spavor and his defense lawyers were present for the proceedings and the court would pronounce a sentence at a date “determined in accordance with law.”

Fellow Canadian Michael Kovrig is due to go before a court on Monday. The two were detained in December 2018, days after Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou was arrested at the request of the U.S. at the airport in Vancouver, British Columbia. Both are charged with spying.

Terrorists Preparing Provocations Using Poisonous Substances in Syria's Idlib, Russian Military Says

Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia has repeatedly pointed out that while almost every month Syria provides information about terrorists planning chemical weapons provocations, such data is not reflected in the OPCW documentation.

Terrorists from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham* are preparing provocations using poisonous substances in the northeast of Syria's Idlib province, the Russian military said on Friday.

The WHO Confirms that the Covid-19 PCR Test is Flawed: Estimates of “Positive Cases” are Meaningless. The Lockdown Has No Scientific Basis

The Real Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (rRT-PCR) test was adopted by the WHO on January 23, 2020 as a means to detecting the SARS-COV-2 virus, following the recommendations of a Virology research group (based at Charité University Hospital, Berlin), supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. (For Further details see the Drosten Study)

Exactly one year later on January 20th, 2021, the WHO retracts. They don’t say “We Made a Mistake”. The retraction is carefully formulated.

While the WHO does not deny the validity of their misleading January 2020 guidelines, they nonetheless recommend “Re-testing” (which everybody knows is an impossibility).

The contentious issue pertains to the number of amplification threshold cycles (Ct). According to Pieter Borger, et al

The number of amplification cycles [should be] less than 35; preferably 25-30 cycles. In case of virus detection, >35 cycles only detects signals which do not correlate with infectious virus as determined by isolation in cell culture…(Critique of Drosten Study)

The World Health Organization (WHO) tacitly admits one year later that ALL PCR tests conducted at a 35 cycle amplification threshold (Ct) or higher are INVALID. But that is what they recommended in January 2020, in consultation with the virology team at Charité Hospital in Berlin.

If the test is conducted at a 35 Ct threshold or above (which was recommended by the WHO), segments of the SARS-CoV-2 virus cannot be detected, which means that ALL the so-called confirmed “positive cases” tabulated in the course of the last 14 months are invalid.

According to Pieter Borger, Bobby Rajesh Malhotra, Michael Yeadon, et al, the Ct 35 has been the norm “in most laboratories in Europe & the US”.

Below is the WHO’s carefully formulated “Retraction”. The full text with link to the original document is in annex:

WHO guidance Diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 states that careful interpretation of weak positive results is needed (1). The cycle threshold (Ct) needed to detect virus is inversely proportional to the patient’s viral load. Where test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation, a new specimen should be taken and retested using the same or different NAT technology. (emphasis added)

WHO reminds IVD users that disease prevalence alters the predictive value of test results; as disease prevalence decreases, the risk of false positive increases (2). This means that the probability that a person who has a positive result (SARS-CoV-2 detected) is truly infected with SARS-CoV-2 decreases as prevalence decreases, irrespective of the claimed specificity.

“Invalid Positives” is the Underlying Concept

This is not an issue of “Weak Positives” and “Risk of False Positive Increases”. What is at stake is a “Flawed Methodology” which leads to invalid estimates.

What this admission of the WHO confirms is that the estimate of covid positive from a PCR test (with an amplification threshold of 35 cycles or higher) is invalid. In which case, the WHO recommends retesting: “a new specimen should be taken and retested…”.

That recommendation is pro-forma. It won’t happen. Millions of people Worldwide have already been tested, starting in early February 2020. Nonetheless, we must conclude that unless retested, those estimates (according to the WHO) are flawed.

Colleges Dump the SAT, the New Admission Standard is Intellectual Curiosity

Colleges and universities are dropping traditional entrance measures such as the SAT and ACT using Covid as the excuse. But that was the Woke trend anyway.

New Admission Standard

Want to get into college? Great, forget about grades, they don't matter anymore as once highly selective schools are now a free for all.

Ivy League schools and a host of other highly selective institutions waived SAT and ACT requirements for the class of 2025, resulting in an unprecedented flood of applications and what may prove the most chaotic selection experiment in American higher education since the end of World War II.

With less focus on standardized tests scores, which numerous studies have shown are correlated with family wealth, that could mean accepting more low-income students from under-resourced high schools. Colleges say that without SAT or ACT results they’ll give greater weight to teacher recommendations and signs of intellectual curiosity, and judge candidates in the context of their environments.

The pandemic “is calling on us to walk the talk,” when it comes to thinking more broadly about assessing applicants, said Lee Coffin, vice provost for enrollment and dean of admissions and financial aid at Dartmouth College.

Mr. Coffin says he is conflicted about going test-optional. Seeing strong scores helps his team feel more confident that admitted students could cut it at the Ivy League institution. “It becomes a moral question,” he said. “I don’t want to admit someone who is going to struggle.”

Grade-point averages—normally a key data point—were complicated by last year’s spring semester, when many high schools offered pass-fail options to students who were suddenly finishing junior year online.

Pass Fail?

What's up with that? It should be Pass-Pass. Nobody should fail anymore.

Tanzania's first female president Samia Suluhu Hassan sworn in

Tanzania's new President Samia Suluhu Hassan has called for unity and says the country needs to bury its differences and avoid pointing fingers following the death of President John Magufuli.

Key points:

President Hassan will also be the country's first president born in Zanzibar

She assumes the presidency two days after she addressed the nation to announce the death of John Magufuli

Her leadership style is seen as a potential contrast from Magufuli

Ms Hassan, vice president since 2015, gave a brief and sombre address after she was sworn in as President, becoming the first female head of state in the east African country of 58 million.

"This is a time to bury our differences, and stand united as a country," she said.

"This is not a time for finger-pointing, but it's a time to hold hands and move forward together," she said, addressing a crowd of current and former officials that included two former presidents and uniformed military officers.

Wearing a red hijab and taking her oath on the Koran, she was sworn in at State House in the country's commercial capital Dar es Salaam.

She assumes the presidency two days after she addressed the nation to announce the death of Magufuli, after a more than a two-week absence from public life that drew speculation he was critically ill with COVID-19.

Magufuli died of heart disease, she said.

Described as a soft-spoken consensus-builder, President Hassan will also be the country's first president born in Zanzibar, the archipelago that forms part of the union of the Republic of Tanzania.

Her leadership style is seen as a potential contrast from Magufuli, a brash populist who earned the nickname 'Bulldozer' for muscling through policies and who drew criticism for his intolerance of dissent, which his government denied.

George W. Bush Casts Doubt On Trump’s Political Future: ‘These Movements Fritter Over Time’

Former President George W. Bush predicted a dim future for former President Donald Trump’s political career in a taped interview broadcast Thursday, saying that “these populist movements begin to fritter over time.”

Bush delivered remarks in a taped interview shown at the SXSW conference in Austin, Texas, about the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, the 2020 election and the future of American democracy, USA Today reported.

Although out of office and banned from Twitter, Trump appears to have maintained influence over the GOP during the early days of the Biden administration. Trump won the 2021 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) straw poll by a wide margin, earning 55% of the votes while the second-place finisher, Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, came in at 21%. Furthermore, a Politico/Morning Consult from February shows Trump as the overwhelming favorite to win the GOP nomination in 2024, and a Quinnipiac poll from the same time shows that 75% of Republicans want Trump to play a prominent role in the party moving forward.

Trump has been noncommittal about running for president for a third time in 2024, but has repeatedly floated the possibility and has left the door open for launching a bid.

Speaking about the Capitol riots, Bush said that he felt “sick to [his] stomach” as he watched the attack unfold. Bush described the rioters as “hostile forces” who, by storming the Capitol, made a direct attack against American democracy. Bush emphasized the importance of the freedom to peacefully protest, but added that the events of Jan. 6 were “not peaceful.”

Report: FBI Probing Whether Andrew Cuomo’s Staff Provided False Nursing Home Data

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is said to be investigating whether aides to embattled New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) gave false data regarding the number of deaths in the state’s nursing homes during the coronavirus pandemic.

The New York Times reported Friday:

Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation have contacted lawyers for Mr. Cuomo’s aides, interviewed senior officials from the state Health Department and subpoenaed Mr. Cuomo’s office for documents related to the disclosure of data last year, the people said. […]

Aides to the governor said they had not revealed data on residents who died in hospitals because the information was incomplete and needed to be vetted. The state revealed the full count — which added thousands of additional deaths — only in January, after a report by the state attorney general suggested an undercount, and after a state court ordered the data be made public in response to a lawsuit filed by the Empire Center, a conservative think tank. […]

Melissa DeRosa, Mr. Cuomo’s top aide, tried to explain why the administration had withheld the data last year to state lawmakers in a conference call, saying she and others “froze” because of the federal request for data, which came in late August as the governor faced criticism over nursing homes. But more than two months earlier, in June, Ms. DeRosa and other aides removed such data from a report prepared by the Health Department, an investigation by The New York Times found.

“He starts tweeting that we killed everyone in nursing homes,” DeRosa reportedly said of then-President Donald Trump, whose Department of Justice requests nursing home data from the Cuomo administration. “He starts going after [New Jersey Gov. Phil] Murphy, starts going after [California Gov. Gavin] Newsom, starts going after [Michigan Gov.] Gretchen Whitmer.”

DeRosa also claimed that Trump “directs the Department of Justice to do an investigation into us.”

“And basically, we froze,” she conceded to lawmakers.

DeRosa’s call with lawmakers was first reported by the New York Post.

The Times’ report builds on reporting by the Albany-based Times Union, which first revealed that both the FBI and the U.S. attorney’s office in Brooklyn had launched an investigation to examine the Cuomo coronavirus task force’s handling of nursing homes during the pandemic.

As the nursing home probe continues to advance, Cuomo has faces growing calls to resign due to multiple allegations of sexual harassment and unwanted touched brought forth by multiple former female aides. Top Democrats such as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) have said Cuomo should step aside as New York Attorney General Letitia James’ independent investigation looks into the allegations.

“Due to the multiple, credible sexual harassment and misconduct allegations, it is clear that Governor Cuomo has lost the confidence of his governing partners and the people of New York,” Schumer and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) recently said in a joint statement. “Governor Cuomo should resign.”

Cuomo has resisted calls to resign, calling such statements “reckless and dangerous.”

“I never harassed anyone, I never assaulted anyone, I never abused anyone,” governor told reporters during a press conference earlier this month.

On Tuesday, President Joe Biden told ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos Cuomo should resign if an investigation finds he did engage in sexual harassment.

“If the investigation confirms the claims of the women, should he resign?” Stephanopoulos asked Biden.

“Yes,” the president responded. “I think he’ll probably end up being prosecuted, too.”

Florida House Introduces Legislation to Regulate Tech Censorship

Republican legislators in the Florida House of Representatives have introduced legislation to protect political candidates from censorship by big tech platforms.

The bill encapsulates many of the measures called for by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) in his press conference on the tech censorship issue at the start of February.

The bill includes a measure to fine social media platforms that blacklist political candidates, $100,000 a day for statewide candidates (governors, senators, and presidential candidates) and $10,000 a day for “other candidates.”

However, the bill also notes that this will only be enforced “to the extent not inconsistent with federal law and 47 U.S.C. s. 230(e)(3),” the part of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act that states “no cause of action may be brought and no liability may be imposed under any State or local law that is inconsistent with this section.”

The bill also includes extensive measures aimed at constraining tech companies’ ability to covertly prioritize content. It includes a definition of “shadow banning,” a practice long denied by the tech companies, as “action by a social media platform, through any means, whether the action is determined by a natural person or an algorithm, to limit or eliminate the exposure of a user or content or material posted by a user to other users of the social media platform. This term includes acts of shadow banning by a social media platform that are not readily apparent to a user.”

The bill would also mandate a period of 60 days for banned users of social media platforms to “access or retrieve all of the user’s information, content, material, and data.”

The bill can be read in full at the website of the Florida House of Representatives.

While the measures in the bill are extensive, it is facing criticism for not going far enough.

Laura Loomer, who was the Republican candidate for U.S. Congress in Florida’s 21st district in 2020 and is banned from most major tech platforms, said the fines of $100,000 a day for statewide candidates and $10,000 a day for non-statewide candidates would not be enough to deter billion-dollar companies like Facebook, Google, and Twitter.

Loomer also highlighted that while the bill ostensibly penalizes tech companies for banning existing candidates, it includes no measures for re-platforming previously banned users who choose to run for office.

“President Donald Trump and I will only be able to benefit from Governor DeSantis’s proposed Big Tech legislation if it’s corrected to provide protection for people who were deplatformed prior to becoming candidates and prior to the legislation passing,” wrote Loomer in an article discussing the bill. “Donald Trump and I are both Palm Beach, FL residents and voters.”

In addition to Trump and Loomer, there are also hundreds of thousands of politically active American citizens who have also been banned from social media platforms and may wish to run for office one day.

Lack of access to social media would put them at a significant disadvantage in relation to their opponents, regardless of whether such candidates are Democrat, Republican, or third party.

The bill is still being debated in the Florida House and may be amended before passing. A companion bill in the Florida Senate will also have to be introduced before the legislation can pass.

Despite criticizing elements of the bill, Loomer has called on her supporters to call Florida representatives and ensure that a substantive bill reaches the desk of Governor DeSantis.

“If this legislation is crafted effectively… it would help put an end to Big Tech Censorship and deplatforming in Florida,” wrote Loomer.

Speaker Pelosi rejects resolution by fellow House Democrats to expel GOP Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene

California Democratic Rep. Jimmy Gomez says Greene's "dangerous conduct warrants her immediate removal."

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday rejected an attempt by fellow chamber Democrats to remove Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from Congress, amid their assertion the freshman GOP congresswoman has engaged in "dangerous conduct."

The effort came in a resolution drafted by Democratic Rep. Jimmy Gomez and signed by 72 other House Democrats.

Gomez, a California lawmaker, tweeted about the resolution: "Today, 72 of my @HouseDemocrats colleagues and I took a stand against extremism and political violence. @RepMTG’s dangerous conduct warrants her immediate removal from the federal government. That’s why I’ve formally introduced my resolution to #ExpelGreene."

In incredible dissent, federal judge launches broadside attack on SCOTUS precedent protecting left-wing press

A federal judge called for a landmark Supreme Court decision on freedom of the press and libel laws to be overturned in a fiery dissent decrying "bias against the Republican Party," blasting the near "one-party control" of legacy news media, slamming Silicon Valley's censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story, and warning that the current state of American media is "a threat to a viable democracy."

U.S. Circuit Judge Laurence H. Silberman, a Reagan appointee, launched a broad attack on the Supreme Court's unwillingness to revisit precedent and the news media in a dissent in Tah v. Global Witness — a defamation case. After arguing against the court majority's ruling on the merits of the case, Silberman was "prompted to urge the overruling of New York Times v. Sullivan" — a landmark ruling that established what a plaintiff must show to prove a claim of defamation or libel made against a publisher.

Silberman described that ruling, which has made it extraordinarily difficult for an individual to successfully sue the press for false reporting, as a "policy-driven decision masquerading as constitutional law" that "badly constitutionalized an area of law refined over centuries of common law adjudication."

Acknowledging that the Supreme Court is unlikely to reverse its opinion, he nevertheless said "new considerations have arisen over the last 50 years that make the New York Times decision a threat to American Democracy. It must go."

New York Times v. Sullivan is a Civil Rights-era decision that established additional First Amendment protections for the press against lawsuits for defamation or libel.

In the 1960s, the New York Times published a full-page advertisement soliciting donations for the legal defense of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who had been charged with perjury. The ad contained several factual inaccuracies and claims that police in Montgomery, Alabama, had locked civil rights demonstrators in a college campus dining room "in an attempt to starve [the students] into submission," among other threats of violence. Montgomery Public Safety Commissioner L.B. Sullivan — who was not named in the advertisement but was in charge of the police force — sued the Times for defamation in a case that was litigated up to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously for the New York Times in a decision that was influenced in part by the practice of southern officials threatening northern newspapers reporting on civil rights abuses with lawsuits to silence them.

The court established a test for defamation or libel claims, ruling that the First Amendment requires a plaintiff to show that the defendant had acted with "actual malice," that he knew that a published statement was false or was reckless in deciding to publish that information without investigating whether it was accurate.

"One can understand, if not approve, the Supreme Court's policy-driven decision. There can be no doubt that the New York Times case has increased the power of the media," Silberman wrote. "Although the institutional press, it could be argued, needed that protection to cover the civil rights movement, that power is now abused."

"As the case has subsequently been interpreted, it allows the press to cast false aspersions on public figures with near impunity. It would be one thing if this were a two-sided phenomenon," the judge continued, observing that the press "more often manufactures scandals involving political conservatives."

German security forces conduct raids targeting human trafficking

German security forces conducted a series of raids across the country as part of investigations into people smuggling and forced sex work.

Early on Wednesday, federal police conducted large-scale raids in several states targeting an alleged people-smuggling ring, which is said to have brought at least 58 people, including children, into Germany illegally, a police spokesperson said.

Those people, who paid between 3,500 and 8,000 euros (4,165-9,520 dollars) for their journeys, were at times left in lorries or transporters for several days, police said.

Police had found several of them, including five children, in the eastern town of Bernstadt and subsequently launched an investigation together with Europol.

Several people were arrested under suspicion of people smuggling as part of the raids.

In a separate investigation, federal police forces searched several buildings in Berlin, Hamburg and the coastal town of Timmendorfer Strand, including nail salons and massage parlours.

The case regards alleged smuggling of women from Vietnam to Germany who were then reportedly forced into sex work, police wrote on Twitter.

“We have indications the locations were also used as brothels,” a police spokesperson said.

A 43-year-old Vietnamese woman was arrested in Berlin. Two other suspects are involved in the case, police said.

New Mexico rancher tells ‘America’s Newsroom’ migrant crisis not only impacts border, but entire nation

Russell Johnson: Biden policies making things 'unsafe in our area'

A New Mexico cattle rancher told "America’s Newsroom" Friday that his property is under siege amid the border crisis.

Russell Johnson mentioned that since President Biden halted construction on January 20th, 2021, the unfinished border wall has left nearly a mile-long gap allowing migrants to easily cross from Mexico into the United States.

"…[L]iving down here on the border, you can't live in fear," Johnson said. "…[T]he way everything's going nowadays with the new policies put forth by this administration, it's making things a lot more difficult and…unsafe in our area."

The rancher went on to say because the sheriff’s department is "stretched pretty thin," New Mexico residents rely heavily on the Border Patrol and their resources.

Johnson expressed there’s an influx of illegal activity as migrants continue to cross the border, causing foot traffic to significantly increase on his property.

"We have a three quarter mile gap…and they're exploiting this, we don't have the unaccompanied minors coming to our area. What we have is a criminal element," the New Mexico cattle rancher mentioned.

Johnson said his neighbor had Border Patrol apprehend a group of 12 people wearing camouflage and ski masks.

Complete Foreign Policy Disaster in Alaska During U.S-China Summit – Secretary Blinkin Destroyed by His own Arrogance, Had to Recall Journalists to Hear Talking Points After Initial Public Statements

To say the first major diplomatic summit between the United States and China was an unmitigated mess would be an understatement. Apparently U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinkin thought it would be of value for the domestic audience if he was to lambast the Beijing delegation in public and on camera. His efforts were a complete fail as the Chinese knew everything was presented for domestic consumption… so, the Red Dragon threw fire right back onto the purple hair and obviously stunned and unsettled U.S. Secretary.

The train wreck was started by challenging China publicly, in front of the international press, likely believing such an aggressive posture would weaken Republican criticism about the Job Biden administration being soft/weak on China. However, using a joint press conference as the forum only provided insult to the Beijing delegation.

Public insults are expressions of weakness, not strength.

It was visibly obvious that Secretary Blinken stupidly did not anticipate the Chinese officials would retaliate in their remarks responding to him. The Chinese diplomatic team is exceptionally skilled at verbal combat; they use facts and evident weakness to their advantage. Blinkin’s foolish decision gave the Chinese officials a rare opportunity to dress down the Secretary of State very publicly in front of the international media.

Secretary Blinkin was visibly shocked and destabilized by the strength of the returning words from the Chinese team. His response was extremely defensive; he doth protest too much’, and he was incoherent. Blinkin also repeated JoeBama’s ridiculous catch-phrase “America is back.”

Additionally, despite Blinken and Jake Sullivan’s criticism of China, there was not one word on Beijing’s responsibility for the coronavirus. Nothing about China allowing COVID to become a dangerous pandemic, and no criticism of Beijing for their continued refusal to cooperate with international investigations of the origins of the virus, including inspections of the Wuhan bio-labs.

Overall this was a pathetic (weak) and sophomoric (feeble) attempt at diplomatic confrontation; while being disrespectful and completely devoid of fact points to frame the purpose of the diplomatic meeting. The first rule in any negotiation or confrontation is to use the behavior, the accepted empirical action, of your adversary against them.

The U.S. delegation did not cite any factual examples only platitudes and generalities. This allowed a much more prepared Chinese delegation to use the stage to frame the confrontation without merit and embarrass the U.S. contingent. After Blinkin used the catch-phrase a “rules based international order”, the Chinese shot back with a big truth: “the United States does not talk for the world, only for the United States government.” The U.S. team was dead silent and without retort.

Cuomo accuser says Hillary Clinton not her ‘hero’ anymore after her response to sexual harassment claims

The first of six women who has accused New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) of sexual harassment or misconduct, Lindsey Boylan, says former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is not her “hero” anymore.

In an interview with Ronan Farrow published Thursday in The New Yorker, Boylan — who worked as an adviser to Cuomo from 2015 to 2018 and is now a candidate for Manhattan borough president — describes a memory of Cuomo showing her a cigar box gifted to him from former President Bill Clinton and remembers idolizing Hillary Clinton.

According to the New Yorker piece, “Boylan said that the obvious reference to [Bill] Clinton’s sexual behavior disturbed her, because the Governor knew that she considered Hillary Clinton a role model.”

“It was deeply distressing,” Boylan told the magazine.

Having once described Hillary Clinton as “the great hero” of her life, Boylan said she now longer views it that way anymore after the former first lady issued a response to the mounting accusations against Cuomo.

“These stories are difficult to read,” the former secretary of state had said in a March 1 statement of the allegation against the governor, “and the allegations brought forth raise serious questions that the women who have come forward and all New Yorkers deserve answers to.”

Clinton also stated she was “glad to see that there will be a full, independent, and thorough investigation.”

However, Boylan was “dismayed” by her hero’s response, according to The New Yorker.

“There’s no way you don’t know who this man is if you’ve worked with, or around, him for decades,” Boylan told the publication.

From 1997 to 2001, Cuomo served as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under then-President Clinton.

Back in December, Boylan was the first woman to notably accuse the governor of sexual harassment and misconduct, tweeting that Cuomo had “sexually harassed” her “for years” and would make comments about her appearance.

She didn’t provide further details on her allegations, though, until February 24, when she published an essay illustrating the alleged behavior from Cuomo while working from him. It was shortly after the essay’s publication that more women began to come forward.

NATO In Panic Mode After Losing Track Of Russian Submarine In Eastern Mediterranean

The NATO has reportedly lost track of a Russian missile-armed attack submarine that was operating in the Eastern Mediterranean.

The disappearance of the submarine, identified as Rostov-on-Don, lead to a state of panic in the NATO. Citing an Israeli source, RT said that the US Navy was worried because diesel-electric submarines of the Project 636 Varshavyanka-class, like Rostov-on-Don, are capable of carrying out intelligence operations.

The US Navy quickly launched an extensive operation to locate and track the missing Russian submarine in the Eastern Mediterranean.

Several Boeing P-8 Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft of the US Navy took turns searching for the lost submarine, which is reportedly armed with cruise missiles, off the coast of Lebanon. The search was noticed by aviation observers.

On March 19, an informed source confirmed to RIA Novosti that Rostov-on-Don is in touch with its command and still transmitting information.

“NATO anti-submarine forces have been attempting for a week now to find the Rostov-on-Don submarine in the Mediterranean,” the source said. “Attempts to find it have failed. At the same time, the Russian command has not lost contact with Rostov-on-Don.”

The source admitted that the NATO has strong capabilities in the Mediterranean. Yet, he noted that the capabilities of the Russian submarine has exceeded expectations.

The Rostov-on-Don is one of six Varshavyanka-class submarines currently in service with the Russian Navy Black Sea Fleet. These small, quiet submarines are regularly deployed in Tartus Naval Base on the Syrian coast.
