Can someone explain to me why vaccines are injected into the muscle? I’ve noticed this even for children. Insulin shots are smaller needles & are injected into the subcutaneous layer of fat so that they absorb slower. If muscle absorbs faster wouldn’t it be better to inject a vaccine into the subcutaneous fat? Also, I would think this is why people experience a sore arm after a shot.
