Yep that's what I heard too. The media portrays it as Peter S works/worked for the FBI, when in reality he was actually just a contractor. He was frequently contracted by FBI but never FBI agent. His specialty is document altering, name forging, etc. So hypothetically forging names on FISA,s, altering 302s, falsifying birth certificates etc etc
The way it was explained to me was that Page was just Strzok's "point person". The fact Page is FBI and Strzok is not really, would create the "negligent with classifed info" mess, so fronting an affair would avoid the "wreckless" or "intention" labels. Strzok is maybe spook/CIA, or maybe just contractor on his own, but he is NOT FBI. He also played a big part in the making of the dossier. There is a reason his name is pushed in the media for months, but also a reason Q cant say much yet
So I think I figured out the Stormy Daniels angle. I thought she was White Hat, helping Trump, and distraction, but its just Democrat plan H (A through G all exhausted) to remove Trump. Similar to how Ken Starr investigation ultimately led to Monica and perjury etc, they want Trump under oath regarding Stormy and want to try and catch him on technicality, just like with Bill Clinton
