Former AZFosterAnon here to confirm we saw all kinds of AZ CPS fuckery. They took healthy happy kids away from good parents; encouraged illegal relatives to cross the border; violated AZ laws by placing child with foster parents first instead of with a family member; retaliated against good foster families by removing foster kids then filing false CPS charges against them, threatening to take their kids away. Fucked up system. Glad we got out when we did.
