The proposed bill sets up "female athletes" as a grievance class and expands the bureaucracy to help them remedy their victimhood. That's not winning.

I'm not sure what a good bill would look like, but the PURPOSE of a good bill would be to say FUCK YOU to the twisted perverts seeking to destroy humanity, and to protect those who seek to act rationally and morally.
