I view religion the same way I did at age 9 when my grandmother took me aside and told me I was going to Hell if I didn't go to church on Sundays. Right then I decided whoever this particular God person was, he wasn't for me because I was a "good boy" and I saw no reason I should be punished because my folks and I didn't go to church. My childish logic still holds true for me. If it doesn't make sense to me, I can't BS myself into believing it.

Even wrapping my head around God/Jesus and the holy spirit has been impossible. I'll stick to being a good person for now. I love the mystery of it all anyway and to have it all figured out seems to finite for my liking.
