NO FUCKING WAY that guy is just some random Brazilian… His English is so good it is barely perceptable that he is a Portuguese speaker and not a Spanish speaker. No one in Brazil with that level of English or demeanor in general would be hoofing it up from Brazil to cross the southern boarder.
