How do flush tunnels, bunkers, and dungeons on a broad scale or in places beneath populations?

Not saying this is the case. It's just a rhetorical question. Not every flood is an accident.

Clearly, since we were just on the biggest cable pay site worldwide and do even have a hundred UIDs on the General board. Nobody cares and the ones who do, don't visit these kinds of sites.

Some folks literally CAN make it rain. With a word. Sometimes booms will do, sometimes they won't. Sometimes the target is just too big and Mother Nature is an awesome member of the squad if you can kit her out and point her at the painted target. That would be epic.

Read the elements for Sedition. Hell, most genuine political speech is borderline seditious since it is critically and fundamentally about removing those in power. Sedition is the most chump charge biased prosecutors could use. It's also the first pardoned when power shifts. It's a political weapon 90% of the time. Especially in a country with free speech as it's First Amendment. The only way it would make sense is if treason was the applicable charge, but circumstances mitigated it to a lesser included, like sedition. But, sedition on it's own looks a lot like politics.
