Former Fed Prosecutor Seeks Pledge From “Every Business In America” That 2020 Election Was “Accurate”

“The final piece asks companies to ‘not support, donate to or endorse politicians, political campaigns or political action committees that promoted false conspiracy theories surrounding the 2020 presidential elections (or otherwise acted in ways contrary to a representative democracy)’.”

A former federal prosecutor, Glenn Kirschner, has launched a campaign to force “every business in America” to take a pledge that states, in part, that “The 2020 presidential election was free and fair, and produced accurate, reliable results.”

Any American business refusing to take this pledge, regardless of their own personal beliefs, will presumably be subjected to the cancel mob.

Fauci vs. Freedom

Since 1984, Dr. Anthony Fauci has served as Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. During that period, his salary has steadily increased. The latest federal government payroll study indicated Fauci earned $417,608 in 2019. His salary not only exceeded the President of the United States, but also of every other person in our federal government with over 4 million employees.

Clearly, he is not only overrated, but also overpaid. It is high time the highest paid federal government employee, Dr. Anthony Fauci, be fired.

Dirty secret of black-on-Asian violence is out

Editor's note: This 2010 column originally appeared in print in the San Francisco Chronicle. As of 2019, the Chronicle and SFGATE have been separate editorial operations.

San Francisco's hidden truth is out. That's what community organizer Carol Mo calls the realization that Asian residents are being targeted for robberies, burglaries and intimidation by young black men.

"It is San Francisco's dirty little secret," said Mo, a former Safety Network Community organizer in the Sunset District. "It's not news to us."

Poroshenko's lawyers warn everyone involved in organizing political persecution of fifth president about liability

All persons who are involved in organizing the political persecution of fifth president of Ukraine, MP (the European Solidarity faction) Petro Poroshenko, will sooner or later be held accountable for this, the lawyers of the MP said during a briefing at Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the press service of the European Solidarity on Wednesday, Poroshenko's representatives noted that law enforcement agencies, pursuant to court decisions, were forced to resume proceedings on deliberately false reports of a crime, as well as against the security forces of the State Bureau of Investigations, that organized the storming of Ivan Honchar museum.

We are talking about a well-known fact, when a group of MPs headed by Kuzmin made a famous statement that current U.S. President Biden, as well as fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and their accomplices Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama committed 'theft of $100 billion'," Holovan said.

Closer Everyday…Can you Say Mark Of the Beast

What’s in your wallet? Government surveillance.

Nearly 20 million people in America use cryptocurrencies, and if you aren’t one of those people yet, you will be soon enough.

Cryptocurrency ATMs are popping up in corner stores and gas stations all over the nation. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are investing in cryptocurrency trading platforms and rolling out crypto-rewards credit cards. The Chair of the US Federal Reserve is talking openly about his designs for a state-backed digital dollar. It’s only a matter of time before cryptocurrencies become fully integrated into every aspect of the modern financial system … and that’s exactly what makes the government’s new proposal for cryptocurrency surveillance so dangerous.

The US Treasury is currently considering a proposal — officially titled Requirements for Certain Transactions Involving Convertible Virtual Currency or Digital Assets — that will give government agents the power to do exactly that. This new rule will mandate that cryptocurrency exchanges provide your personally identifiable information and your digital key to the government whenever you make large transactions. Once the government has this data, they’ll be able to spy on your spending, no warrant or subpoena necessary.

Think it can’t happen? Think again. In fact, governments all around the world are currently abusing cryptocurrency regulations to spy on the public and silence political dissent.

A union’s support of Biden does little to save members’ jobs in Pennsylvania

ROARING SPRING, PA. — When the Appvion Inc. paper mill plant shuts its doors for good in two weeks, putting 293 people out of work, it will mark the first significant manufacturing loss in this state since President Biden took office.

“We were all completely blindsided,” said state Sen. Judy Ward, who claims she and other local officials had no hint that the plant, founded in 1866, was in danger of shuttering.

If you received a stimulus check in the mail, there’s a good chance the men and women who work here produced the paper it was printed on. And yet there will be no stimulus for this factory, which produces carbonless security paper for official documents like car titles and house deeds.

Of the 293 jobs lost, 250 of them will be union, the rest are management. The average person here makes around $67,000 a year, based on a 49-hour work week.

Convention Of States Bill Clears South Carolina Subcommittee

Article V legislation advances to full committee …

For the second year in a row, a bill that would call for an Article V convention – or “convention of states” – is making its way through the South Carolina House of Representatives. This year’s legislation – H. 3205 – cleared a House judiciary subcommittee on Thursday and is now headed to the full judiciary committee for approval.

Last year’s convention of states bill was approved by the full judiciary committee and advanced to the floor of the S.C. House. It failed to receive a vote, though, as the legislature effectively shut down during the coronavirus pandemic.

Most observers believe bill has sufficient support to pass the GOP-controlled chamber this year – as evidenced by the fact it currently has 53 sponsors (including powerful speaker of the House Jay Lucas).

Like last year’s bill, the current Article V legislation would make an application to the U.S. Congress on behalf of the S.C. General Assembly to “call an amendment convention of the states pursuant to Article V” of the U.S. Constitution.

Such a convention would be “limited to proposing amendments to the United States Constitution impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and limit the terms of office for its officials and for members of congress.”
