As soon as she signed the bill there would have been plane loads of trans enrolling at SD colleges and universities and demanding to be on women's teams.

Then the NCAA would have sued them out of existence., and probably gone after the state of SD as well. Noem has a fiduciary responsibility to protect the taxpayers from such lawsuits.

She didn't do anything about HS sports, as far as I know, which would be the more important level, AFAIC.

After I watched Trump get fucked over by the US Justice System, I don't think a pipsqueak state gov would have fared any better when the NCAA lawfare team were dispatched to SD for the duration.

Blame here belongs to the SD legislature who put a legally flawed bill on her desk. Are they trying to muscle her out because she's too popular?

Only way to stop this bullshit is to stop watching college sports. Cold turkey.

There is no legislative or legal remedy possible, at this juncture, in the US. Any institution originally designed to afford proper restitution is comped. Bullshit bills like this are just feeding the lawfare machine.

I don't think the MSM would turn on the dems. A leopard never changes Its spots.

I don't think Bidan is in charge at the border. Same principle in effect here as Pelosi/Harris asking for the nuke codes. The military (or FEMA/HHS) is running things, also at the at the border, and you ain't gonna' see shit about what they're doing, so the press has to make an issue out of it to create public pressure to open up the facilities.

That's my guess.

We were discussing this nightshift; a lot of rumors of illegals flying all over the country, just as their were rumors of chinamen dropping dead on the street and bodies piled in hospital corridor, etc., etc. Haven't seen an actual cell phone video of any of it, yet, though.

Something off about this and it's hard for me to pin down.
