Yeah, that's the point.
Telegram doesn't boot you for your opinion, which is good.
You should not communicate privately on the internet, that's a given. if you think anything on the internet is not tracked and anonymous, you are wrong.
But when you want to get something out, telegram is actually a good option, because they don't censor you unless you do illegal content, and in my opinion that's not a problem.
If you want to get something to the public, it can always get mined, there is no way around that.
