Ok, reading this makes the headline look really stupid. This is literally 5-d chess. A person isn't liable for making defamatory statements if no reasonable person would believe them. Dominion themselves claimed that her statements were so outlandish that no reasonable person would believe them. Powell is just pointing out that they torpedoed their own case against her.
