No, this is not what I remember. The plot is the same, but there was snow, lots of snow in the scene I remember and it was daylight. The car was definitely not black. And it was NOT a happy/funny scene, like this one. The one that I remember was indeed The Wonder Years, Kevin was younger than the current first season.
