Forego American citizenship and move back to Africa=$100,000+ one-time reparation.
Many of the worst of the worst will light up with nigger-richness and jump on it.
The best will see it as not a lot of money and nowhere near worth the down side.
Shortly thereafter, the petrodollar collapses and whatever they got will need to be transported in wheelbarrows to buy bread.
I don't see any way imaginable that the petro-$ doesn't end… soon.
