The formula is societal fear, aimed a hot button issue, plus politicians desires for power and money equals appropriations for goodies to pay back to participants in the scheme!

As more citizens die and/or are stripped of more rights in the name of a fabricated issue.

Hopefully they fail at turning Boulder into a big deal. The past (2) prior shootings they were thrown a wrench by f_I not going along with their narrative. We shall see what happens.
