Q references Evergreen 'non standard definition', which I take to mean "universally and continually relevant : not limited in applicability to a particular event or date".
Q points out USSS names, i.e. we are meant to think of HRC. But he also uses the bracket [EG] which I didn't notice until just now.
[EG] could be a double meaning, who do we know with those initials?
