You want to get into the ethnicity of the majority of the people that were in charge of creating these awesome cartoons we all grew up enjoying and laughing with all these years? Most of them poked fun at pop culture or Hitler or whatever. But when they went after Mammy by de-blackifying her voice during that era, I started immediately collecting all the cartoons (original versions) I could get my hands on.
Funny how 23 year old me remembers Mammy's voice from when I was 9.
