Syrian-Born Boulder Shooter Ahmad Al-Issa’s Identity was Previously Known to The FBI

Another day, another failure by the FBI, our “premiere” law enforcement agency.

The Boulder, Colorado killer was publicly identified on Tuesday after his supermarket killing spree.

21-Year-Old, Syrian born Ahmad Al-Issa killed 10 ten people including 51-year-old police officer Eric Talley on Monday during a shooting spree at a King Sooper’s grocery store.

The authorities identified the victims as Eric Talley, 51 (police officer), Denny Stong, 20; Neven Stanisic, 23; Rikki Olds, 25; Tralona Bartkowiak, 49; Suzanne Fountain, 59; Teri Leiker, 51; Kevin Mahoney, 61; Lynn Murray, 62; and Jody Waters, 65.

According to the New York Times, Ahmad Al-Issa’s identity was previously known to the FBI because he was linked to someone who was under investigation by the bureau.

The gunman was armed with both a military-style semiautomatic rifle and a pistol when he walked into the King Soopers store on Monday and opened fire, officials said. They identified the suspect who was arrested at the scene as Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, who lived in Arvada, a nearby suburb; he was charged on Tuesday with 10 counts of first-degree murder, which in Colorado carries a penalty of life imprisonment without parole.

A police affidavit made public on Tuesday said that last week he bought a Ruger AR-556 semiautomatic pistol — essentially a shortened version of an AR-15 style rifle, which fires the same small-caliber, high-velocity ammunition, first developed for battlefield use. Statements from the police and the charging documents did not make fully clear what models of weapons he used in the attack, and whether the Ruger was one of them.

The suspect’s identity was previously known to the F.B.I. because he was linked to another individual under investigation by the bureau, according to law enforcement officials.

When he was a senior at Arvada West High School, Mr. Alissa was convicted in 2018 of misdemeanor assault against another student in a classroom, and told the police at the time that it was in retaliation for insults and ethnic taunts. Fellow students recall him as having a fierce temper that would flare in response to setbacks or slights.

Big ships and little waterways scarcely mix well, but it’s still rare that one of the world’s largest container vessels finds itself abreast the Suez Canal, cutting off two seas’ worth of ocean-going traffic.

The crew of a Panamanian-flagged cargo ship found themselves in dire straits on Tuesday evening as their vessel found itself wedged sideways into the banks of the Suez Canal, blocking all traffic in both directions through the waterway.

According to ship tracking data, the vessel is the Ever Given, a 400-meter-by-59-meter cargo vessel with a gross tonnage of 219,079 tons flying the flag of Panama. The cargo ship is logged as having last visited Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia, and is en route to Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where it was due to arrive in a week. That was, at least, until this afternoon.

It’s unknown how the huge ship arrived in its predicament, but fallenhearts17 did note that the ship had cut off their vessel, which appears to the Maersk Denver, before entering the canal.

Now, Egypt has mounted an all-out effort to try and induce the Ever Given to budge. In the photo, a small excavator can be seen attempting to dig out the ship’s bow from the sandy shore, and vessel tracking data shows close to a dozen tugs trying to push it into deeper water.

The busy waterway handles roughly 47 ships per day, although crashes often occur due to its narrowness. In 2014, two enormous container ships collided at the north end of the Suez Canal, and in 2018, a five-ship pile-up happened inside the canal after one ship’s engine cut out, causing the others to run into the back of one another.

The canal was built between 1859 and 1869 under the direction of French engineer Ferdinand de Lesseps and financed by the French and Egyptian governments. However, Cairo lost all control over the canal after the heavily indebted Egyptian government was forced to sell its shares in the managing company to the UK in 1875. In 1956, when the company’s 99-year lease expired, Egyptian President Gamel abd al-Nasser moved to nationalize the canal, after which a joint British-French-Israeli force temporarily invaded and occupied the canal zone, closing it for nearly a year before US and Soviet pressure forced them to withdraw.

All 10 Boulder Colorado Victims Were White. It’s Time to End Anti-White Race Hate.

The following ten people perished in the recent shooting in Boulder, Colorado carried out by Ahmad Al-Issa. All of them appear to be white, but neither the media nor politicians have bothered to resurrect their anti-race-hate campaign that ensues when Black Lives Matter riot, or when Asians are murdered in Atlanta.

The victims include grocery store workers, local college graduates, medicare agents, a police officer, and an Orthodox Christian.

Today, The National Pulse calls on the political left and their media counterparts to stop the racial hatred they continue to perpetuate against white people, which doubtlessly led to these murders in Colorado.

Sex Offenders and MS-13 Members Caught After Illegally Crossing The Southern Border

Illegal immigrants suspected of crimes ranging from rape and murder to gang affiliation have been arrested in the Rio Grande Valley sector of Texas, according to Customs and Border Protection officials.

At least 10 illegal immigrants connected to serious crimes were recently arrested as the number of migrants arriving at the southern border continues to increase, the New York Post reported Monday. Three sex offenders who were illegally in the U.S. were arrested, according to Rio Grande Valley Deputy Chief Patrol Agent Joel Martinez.

“One subject was arrested for rape and sentenced to 20 years, the other two men were arrested for indecency with a child in the cities of Amarillo and Sulphur Springs, TX,” Martinez said.

An MS-13 gang member, a murderer and two sexual predators were found to be illegally in the U.S. and arrested over a four-day period, Martinez said on March 19.

“In the past four days, #USBP agents arrested a murderer, an MS-13 gang member, and two sexual predators illegally present in the country,” Martinez said. “#RGV agents continue safeguarding our communities from violent criminals like these.”

Officials continued to seize narcotics in the area and recovered over 800 pounds of marijuana in three separate incidents, Martinez said. During two of the incidents, drivers refused to stop, leading to a vehicle pursuit.

Did the CIA pressure Yemen to release al-Qaeda propagandist Anwar al-Awlaki?

Recordings released by the Houthi government of Yemen raise new questions about Washington’s support for the same jihadist militants it has claimed to be waging war on.

The Moral Guidance Department, a branch of the Yemeni Armed Forces of the revolutionary Houthi government of Yemen, published a batch of secret documents and phone calls from the former regime of longtime president Ali Abdullah Saleh this March.

Two phone calls between former president Saleh and the former director of the CIA George Tenet were among the documents. A Yemeni government official has confirmed to me that the calls took place in 2001.

In the calls, the former CIA director can be heard pressuring Saleh to release a detained individual involved in Al Qaeda’s bombing attacks on USS Cole in October of 2000, which left 17 dead and 37 injured.

Tenet asks by Saleh’s translator about the name of the individual in question. “I don’t want to give his name over the phone,” the CIA director tells him.

Saleh notes that the FBI team tasked with the USS Cole investigation had already arrived in Sana’a, and asks Tenet if the FBI personnel could meet with him to discuss the matter. Tenet refuses, stating, “this is my person, this is my problem, this is my issue… The man must be released.”

“I’ve talked to everybody in my government; I told them that I was going to make this call,” Tenet says.

As Saleh’s translator is delivering Tenet’s message to the president, the CIA director interrupts and says that the man in question “must be released within 48 hours.”

“After 50 days, this must stop,” he says.

Major General Abdul Qadir al-Shami, the deputy-head of the Yemeni Security and Intelligence Service, told to Houthi media that the person in question was dual American-Yemeni citizen imam Anwar Al-Awlaki, a top leader of al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), who was killed in Yemen in 2011 by a CIA drone strike.

Houthi media says al-Shami “pointed out that the Americans used to train their individuals

send them abroad to carry out operations for them, and then affix the accusation to Yemen as an excuse to come under the cover of fighting those individuals.”

Ali al-Ahmed of the Gulf Institute, a leading Saudi dissident and expert on the country’s politics, told me that he was not surprised by the phone call between George Tenet and Yemen’s former president.

“I’ve been saying this for a long time,” al-Ahmed told me. “People that think that these organizations; al-Qaeda, ISIS, are organic, non-state-backed organizations are either lying or are completely stupid. The fact that ISIS had all these American weapons, they didn’t come from thin air. This was part of a plan. The same thing with al-Qaeda; the fact that this organization which has been attacked all over the world continues to survive 20 years on, and spread, it’s not by accident. It’s done by security and intelligence organizations in Washington, D.C. and in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and by Ali Abdullah Saleh.”

“This recording,” he said, “fits the bill; that Anwar al-Awlaki and others, they were sometimes knowingly or unknown being used as a tool.”

The FED Now Believes It’s In the Climate Change Business – Maybe It’s Time It Reflects On Its Purpose

The FED is back working on its far-left climate change program rather than focusing on the economy.

We reported a few months ago that the FED was beginning to work on a climate change initiative:

They are back at it again. The Washington Examiner reports today:

The Federal Reserve has created a new climate committee to address the risks climate change poses to financial stability.

The new effort, called the Financial Stability Climate Committee, will draw from expertise across the Federal Reserve system and is intended to tackle risks to the broader financial system, said Lael Brainard, a member of the Federal Reserve’s board of governors. She announced the new committee during remarks Tuesday at a virtual conference hosted by the sustainable investment group Ceres.

The committee comes in addition to the Fed’s creation of a separate climate initiative earlier this year, the Supervision Climate Committee, that is focusing more closely on ensuring individual financial firms that the Fed oversees are prepared for climate-related risks.

The new committee will be focused on not just assessing potential climate shocks “but also whether climate change might make the financial system more vulnerable in ways that could amplify these shocks and cause broader knock-on effects that could harm households, businesses, and communities,” Brainard said.

But it’s difficult to see how the FED’s reactions to unverified man-made climate change comply with its purpose:

The Federal Reserve System is the central bank of the United States. It performs five general functions to promote the effective operation of the U.S. economy and, more generally, the public interest. The Federal Reserve:

• conducts the nation’s monetary policy to promote maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates in the U.S. economy;

• promotes the stability of the financial system and seeks to minimize and contain systemic risks through active monitoring and engagement in the U.S. and abroad;

• promotes the safety and soundness of individual financial institutions and monitors their impact on the financial system as a whole;

• fosters payment and settlement system safety and efficiency through services to the banking industry and the U.S. government that facilitate U.S.-dollar transactions and payments; and

• promotes consumer protection and community development through consumer-focused supervision and examination, research and analysis of emerging consumer issues and trends, community economic development activities, and the administration of consumer laws and regulations.
