So I seem to remember digging once…

the guy that was put in charge of ports/and or airports in NY just before or just after 9/11 was somehow connected to the girl that picked the bands that played at Comet.

I can't remember a name or point of fact from it to dig it back up, though.

Anyone have any clue wtf I'm talking about?
