David Pelzer is a child abuse survivor, and we know the odds are great for a survivor to grow up to abuse. He did Oprah back in 2002, and we know about Oprah. I'm not sure he's the person here, though, because the abuse he suffered was physical and psychological but not sexual, and I don't see on cursory exam that he met with children to identify whether or not they had been abused.
