-Half of congress are foreigners.
-President Kamala Harris signs legislation that makes DC and Puerto Rico states and adds three more justices to the Supreme Court.
-Elections are all held virtually.
-Voting age reduced to 16 years old and anyone who sets foot on our land is given the right to vote.

nobody said you need wheelbarrows of cash - but you do need money in one way or another. There isn't a scenario you can muster that doesn't include money coming from somewhere to pay for it.
those slaves survive because of money. If they weren't slaves and given paltry rations, they'd have nothing. Those rations were paid for with money.
