Are the sealed indictment count the number of charges still pending or the total that have come across the desk since 2017?
Are there over a quarter of a million charges sealed and waiting right now? (non lawfag).
Since it was reported that JD would have indictments ready in 6-8 weeks but would need approval by current DOJ to act on them, can they hold those until a more favorable DOJ comes to office?
