First off, wait to post until you see the Dough post appear. Sometimes it takes the person making the thread a couple of minutes to get all the parts posted, and the Dough post comes last.
An eBake is when someone puts up a new thread for people to post in, but is not gathering the notes or committing to be ready to make the next thread, so a baker is still needed or someone needs to shout out that they will gather the notes for the current thread.
