El Paso TX Roadway Inn Hotel being used for stashing COVID positive illegal immigrants brought by Border Patrol. No BP on site. Live on site today. Hotel packed, but parking lot has hardly any cars. No enforced mask wearing, or social distancing except by employees of the hotel. Clothes hanging over all the balcony rails like in a barrio.
