I thought at first Noem got ratfucked by the SD legislature, who gave her a poison pill, but looking closer, after a look as more info comes out and judging by her piss poor defense, IMO<, I now hink she just rolled.

 

I thought protecting SD against NCAA/trans lawsuits was important, but actually, Noem is erasing any chance girl's have of defending themselves. She need to be run out of Dodge.
