I'm thinking lumbar stabilization, probably has degenerative disc disease at her age. Almost certainly osteoporosis, so her lumbar vertebra are probably turning to powder. She's not showing a widow's hump, so her cervical spine appears OK at present.

 

She breaks bones very easily now, witness the recent toe and wrist issues.

 

Looking on the bright side โ†’ Won't take a long rope to snap her neck.

Actually, that clip was probably a closure clip for a leg bag, as in, she is incontinent and has an indwelling catheter. I think she has Parkinsons disease, not kuru, and incontinence is one of the symptoms. Just like freezing/inability to move, which you saw when she was propped up against the bollard. She literally froze and could not move. If she hadn't been propped against the bollard and held up by the SS agents, she would have faceplanted.
