Quasi-military Guernsey 2-JSEG

Looking at some deviations or doglegs in flight paths, I noticed an odd time discrepancy on the last two 2-JSEG flights.

Heading from London to Budapest (Ocsa) there's an odd dogleg. Looked like it was descending into Arlon or Luxembourg. Never lands. Then almost two hour later and a short distance away, it's climbing to altitude again.

Returning to London the next day, it looked like it was descending into Liege but never lands. Then a short distance away and then 1 1/4 hours later it's climbing back to altitude.

Flightaware shows nothing in the last 14 days, but wants to sell to me. Flightradar24 wants me to subscribe to get a history, as does radarbox24. Nope.
