I hear she wears a bullet-proof vest, ALWAYS when out in the public. That was one theory I heard regarding why she looks so bulky, heavy and awkward, and is always wearing a scarf thing to cover the top of the vest underneath.
If you have even worn worn, they are REALLY heavy. Depending on how many layers of Kevlar (plate), they can weigh anywhere from 6 - 20 lbs.
