It's hard for me to believe that you would go to such lengths and put together an unparalleled display of corruption and incompetence and not milk it for what it's worth. Maybe a year of this will be enough to instill the desire for true change in the minds of the sheep.
I'll stick with Q on this one:

We are not there yet but headed for it in breakneck speed. But still the amount of abuses that the sheep are willing to bear is huge, so it'll probably take a while.
Well, there is always risk involved in operations like this. But Q can be viewed as a means to keep us calm. Also consider that are not only black hats within the system, who are gunning for a Bundy Ranch situation but also white hats who are doing their best to prevent it.
But I agree there is of course the possibility and risk of escalation.
