I wonder how mn welfare system now run by somolies and hmong is going to deal with them once they get to MN (known for its generous welfare and social services). shoot, i was trying to move out to western MN last summer, get out of this hell hole in the cities. However, that map ignores Mankato, which is probably the cradle of MN liberalism with it's socialist teacher's college (as judged by a sad third generation graduate from Mankato State).
