Another thing found while looking for something else.
China has a TV series called "Eye of The Storm" or "Storm Eye". The synopsis is govt agents trying to round up an extensive group of spies.
This is what I found first–kind of a fan page I guess…but it keeps saying an agent "dispatched the Bat" to kill people…I think, hard to read.
