Now Nike definitely needs to fall for plenty of reasons all their own, but be aware that these shoes are made by a third party, and not by Nike themselves.

Oh no doubt, their use of slave labor is a major crisis for humanity, but if you want to fight that you have to be honest. Blaming Nike for these shoes is not honest, because they do not make them. I would suggest instead that you blame Nike for not challenging their sale legally, which is a more honest argument.
Sure, their use of slave labor is a terrible thing. That still doesn't make it true that they manufacture this specific show though.
