Foreign women sometimes attract because there is something different about the interaction from a cultural perspective.
And sometimes women find greater appeal in foreign men in a way that women wouldnt pick such a guy within their own culture.
In effect, a guy with no "charisma" with his own culture may have significant charisma in another culture and enjoy elevated status.
Also, most asian girls look similar to an american with an untrained eye, just as with the stereotypical unintentional racist phrase, "you all look alike to me"
So, a women who is a 5 or 6 in her culture, can be viewed as a 10 in another culture, because the 6 or 10 look similar to a man with an untrained eye.
