but rather a number
chosen to alert those who may be
listening for it.
A 33° Free Mason
is said to be of their
highest rank.

Frequently, LEO's are Free Masons.
If someone wanted to shutdown a
Park for some nefarious reason,
they might send out just such a
report of an incident.
And the Mason LEO's would know
it to be a Hoax.
