Anyone familiar with the galactic law of free will?

If someone who knows the truth and must follow the law of free will tells you and violates your free will what happens to the entity that violates your free will?

So let’s say Q has to follow the law of free will. Would it not look like this? Someone avoiding violating free will by simply asking questions?

If you were going to pull this off and try to time it so that people would not freeze etc. if it causes fuel shortages etc. what time of year would you do it? Spring?
