I don't have that one.
I will guess that the stega app decoded binary data into Unicode characters (mostly Chinese - but saw a few Japanese hiragana also) → and then translated (some of) the Chinese characters into English words. The result is garbled Chinglish.
It does NOT mean there are hidden messages in the file that were originally in Chinese. I'm not persuaded at all. Sorry.
