"They" are already tracking Americans who have taken vaccines, "they" just want to make it official.
Btw, the likes of Pfizer, Moderna, etc. will face the wrath of God for touching the bodies of God's people. Of that I am 100% sure.
Whatever standard is currently in place at the Southern Border now applies to Americans in general. You may board a plane with a "permission slip". You may travel internationally without restrictions or passport. You do not need to apply to any agency of state power in order to move about freely.
