Anyone who visits a website has their IP address visible to the admin of the site.
CM no doubt could see the IP address of Q.
I just can’t believe that Bannon didn’t use a VPN. That was such an amateur mistake.
According to CM he could see that the Q IP address was using an iPhone and sometimes and iPad to make the Q posts.
Of course these things could be spoofed. But due to his proximity to the Avenati photograph location, and the fact he was close to Trump, it would certainly make it feasible for him to take the other Q photos and make other Q proofs as well.
I agree with CM, I believe Bannon is Q.

So by that logic you face two realities:
#1.) CM framed Bannon as Q by straight up lying and would start a possible shitstorm between 8kun and Bannon et al
#2.) The military used some sort of secretive proxy software to frame Bannon as Q for whatever reason.
