So if Trump gets to be put back in office because the elections were proven fraudulent does that mean he gets another term after serving the rest of his current term?

>A president can serve under current law a total of 10 years. 4,4, and 2

Crazy how the Democrats rigged all the elections with CCP assistance and now are trying to take away all our rights and make us carry around covid passports while they allow millions of illegals to flood the country. If they really cared about covid they wouldn’t be letting in 40 million illegals.

Maybe this isn’t about grabbing another seat. I mean think of it, one more isn’t really a make or break for them. The majority is slim but not that slim.

Maybe this is about setting precedent. For instance, if they replace the republican congresswoman in question, would the votes she previously casted be null? If everything she did still stands then that may allow on that precedent that everything the Democrats did would still stand in the event of an overturned election where massive democrat fraud was revealed.

If they do a true audit of the elections nationally I’m sure many Democrats stole tons of congress and senate seats. So they may be trying to lay the precedent that their legislations they passed still stand despite obtaining a majority by fraud.

Just a guess here..

I believe that is why they push so hard on this.

They want to have a precedent set that their legislation still stands for a contingency that their massive voter fraud is revealed and they lose their seats and majority.

If they replace the republican with a democrat due to a recount then they’ll allow all the republican’s votes to still stand and while going unchallenged this sets a precedent in case they have their seats overturned so they get to keep their legislation on the books.
