Defense: If a person is having a medical emergency and the police are present, is it reasonable to assume that medics have already been called?
Witness: Yes.
*Witness is an EMT [was off-duty] that previously testified she was not allowed to help officers, and would have called for medics, suggesting the police on scene had not. In fact, they were already on the way.

Judge brought a woman in front of him, a claimed media-representative/PR person, who was apparently taking unauthorized pictures in the courthouse with her phone. He took her phone,and had her delete the photos. Giving her a break, he is calling it a 'good-faith mistake'.
