Tuesday on FNC’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) responded to allegations in a New York Times story that the Justice Department investigated him over whether he had a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl.

Gaetz denied the claims, calling them “a lie,” and claimed it was part of an extortion scheme, naming Pensacola, FL lawyer David McGee, a former U.S. Attorney, as

“It is a horrible allegation, and it is a lie,” he said. “The New York Times is running a story that I have traveled with a 17-year-old woman, and that is verifiably false. People can look at my travel records and see that that is not the case. What is happening is an extortion of me and my family involving a former Department of Justice official. On March 16, my father got a text message demanding a meeting wherein a person demanded $25 million in exchange for making horrible sex trafficking allegations against me go away.”

“Our family was so troubled by that, we went to the local FBI,” Gaetz continued. “And the FBI and the Department of Justice were so concerned about this attempted extortion of a member of Congress that they asked my dad to wear a wire, which he did with the former Department of Justice official. Tonight, I am demanding that the Department of Justice and the FBI release the audio recordings that were made under their supervision and at their direction, which will prove my innocence and that will show that these allegations aren’t true. They are merely intended to try to bleed my family out of money.”

Joe Biden’s dog Major just bit another person at the White House:

CNN – The Bidens’ dog Major has been involved in another biting incident that required medical attention, two people with knowledge of the incident tell CNN.

The incident, which involved a National Park Service employee, took place on the White House South Lawn on Monday afternoon. The employee was working at the time and needed to stop in order to receive treatment from the White House medical unit.

Jill Biden was asked about it and claimed it was just a ‘nip’:

First lady Jill Biden’s press secretary Michael LaRosa told CNN that Major is “still adjusting to his new surroundings.”

“Yes, Major nipped someone on a walk. Out of an abundance of caution, the individual was seen by WHMU and then returned to work without injury.”

The National Park Service did not immediately respond to a CNN request for comment.

Major, a 3-year-old German shepherd adopted by the Bidens in 2018, received training within the last two weeks, according to the White House, following a separate biting incident earlier this month.

At approximately 5 p.m. Monday evening, Major was spotted on a walk on the South Lawn with a member of White House staff. Reuters’ White House correspondent Jeff Mason tweeted a short video of the walk. Major is leashed in the video, something that has not always been the case during other walks by the Biden dogs around the White House when they are with the President and the first lady or White House grounds superintendent Dale Haney.

One of Australia's top journalists has raised major concerns about Joe Biden's leadership, warning that the world is becoming a "more dangerous place" while Biden is focusing on making the U.S. Military more "woke."

During a recent broadcast, Sky News host James Morrow said America’s enemies have started to become more aggressive around the world as the United States becomes weaker under Democrat Biden.

"On Friday, Chinese forces committed their largest-ever incursion into Taiwanese airspace, as worries grow by the day of a Chinese invasion of the Democratic island republic," Morrow reported.

"Meanwhile, in the Middle East, Iran is on the march with its rebel militias, now attacking Saudi oil fields and building up a stockpile of missiles that has Israeli planners increasingly nervous about a potentially devastating conflict happening sooner rather than later.”

"And here in Australia, officials are now also worried that with the U.S. seemingly in retreat under Joe Biden, they need to dramatically up defense preparations to counter threats from the North, i.e. China,” Morrow continued.

The deceptively-named Republican Accountability Project is targeting Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) and other lawmakers who opposed voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

The group is putting millions of dollars toward billboards and other ads targeting pro-Trump Republicans who refused to fold to the pressure and endorsed election fraud when the entire globalist system was coming down upon them as a result of their brave stand.

“Since the night of Jan. 6, most Republicans in Congress have been trying to make us forget what happened or rewrite the story,” said Sarah Longwell, executive director of the organization. “We won’t allow them to get away with helping incite an insurrection. They can’t be trusted with power, and we won’t forget it.”

In addition to targeting Brooks, they will also be targeting Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, Madison Cawthorn of North Carolina, Matt Gaetz of Florida, Louie Gohmert of Texas, and House Minority Speaker Kevin McCarthy of California.

The Republican Accountability Project is part of the umbrella organization Defending Democracy Together, which was formed as a partnership between Democrat oligarchs and “Never Trump” neocons like former Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol.

Last week, Jody Hice, the four-term Republican congressman from east-central Georgia, announced that he will run to replace incumbent Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger – also a Republican – in 2022. Hice's bid for the job is an attempt to oust the man who Trump loyalists say cut a backroom deal with Stacey Abrams that allowed for the former president's loss in the Peach State, as well as the losses of former Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue in January.

Like Hice, former state legislator Vernon Jones is mulling a run to replace Republican Gov. Brian Kemp, who Jones (as well as Hice and Trump) says is the man who stood between Trump and winning the Peach State and possibly the Oval Office for a second time.

Last April, Jones became the first state elected Democratic official in Georgia to endorse Donald Trump's reelection bid saying that he supported without hesitation the then-President's handling of the economy, his support for historically black colleges, and his criminal justice reform initiatives. In January, Jones announced he was officially leaving the Democratic Party to become a member of the GOP.

Interdasting, however you have to question the decision making of someone who was a Dem up until age 50. I like Vernon, but the left may have planted him (unlikely but possible).
