i watched this recently, tom hanks in 'inferno'
the movie is totally propaganda promoting globalism and mass genocide, typical overpopulation myth repeated 1000 times throughout, they directly say 'the people need to be culled' plotline revolves around release of a virus that kills almost everybody.
the watch is tom hanks watch, he looses it in the beginning and gets it returned to him in the end, there is no other context about the watch ever mentioned, very not story related, clearly some kind of comms.
